Each year, we release a very limited bourbon-style whiskey. This latest edition, which commemorates our 20th Anniversary as a distillery, is our most intriguing one yet. We started with a high-rye sour corn mash, and then distilled with our 250 liter pot still, affectionately named Ethel. Then, we aged this spirit in a blend of new and used full-sized barrels for a minimum of 6 years. We blended several barrels together to create this particular expression, which has tremendous depth and richness, while being exceptionallty smooth for its proof.

DRINK RECOMMENDATIONS: Sip this whiskey neat or with a rock or two, and savor the depth of flavors. If you're in the mood to mix, we recommend a classic Old Fashioned, Manhattan or whiskey sour, or your other favorite whiskey cocktail.
