Each year, we release a limited edition American Single Malt whiskey. This latest edition, which commemorates our 20th Anniversary as a distillery, is our most intriguing one yet. Made from 100% malted barley, which we ferment then distill with our 250 liter pot still, affectionately named Ethel. We then age this spirit in full-sized used bourbon barrels for a minimum of 7 years. We blended several barrels together to create this year's expression, which has delicate notes of honey, baked apple and nutmeg.
